Return Policy:

Winnies Wildflower Boutique LLC will accept returns for STORE CREDIT on items that are shipped back to us within 7 business days of you receiving the item. 

The item MUST be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and include any tags it came with. If shoes are shipped in a shoe box, they must be returned in the original shoe box they were received in. Shoe boxes must also be placed inside of another box or poly mailer. Please do not place tape or shipping labels on the actual shoe box.

All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and will be sent via email or SMS. The store credit will be for the cost of the item(s) only. This means that the shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to availability at time of return. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not allow any returns on items that are on sale. 

We do not allow cancellations on orders. As a small business, I am working on shipping your items as soon as I get it in to keep a speedy shipping time. We also pay fees on each order that we get. Thank you for understanding!

How do I return an item?

Please EMAIL US at winnieswildflowerboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. We will ensure your item is eligible for return, then include all instructions for returning your item. Please do not send us an item for return without emailing us first. 

**Customers are required to cover shipping costs for returns

Winnies Wildflower is not liable for items that are lost in the mail when shipping back to us. You may purchase insurance on your package.
