Shipping Information

How long will my order take to ship?

For regular orders, not including any pre-order items, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

**PLEASE NOTE- At the end of the checkout process, it will ask you to choose a type of shipping and show estimated shipping times. (Ex: 1-3 business days). This timeframe is an estimate of the amount of time it will take USPS to deliver your item AFTER it has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to ship, then it will go through the shipping process with USPS and you can estimate when it may arrive based on the date shown at checkout. 

Please note that we are not responsible and have no control over packages once they are dropped off at USPS. If you have any issues with the shipping process, the quickest solution will be to get in contact with USPS. 

If you enter the wrong address when placing your order and it is returned to us, the customer is responsible to cover the additional shipping costs for us to re-mail the item back to you. Please double check your address when placing an order and ensure that everything is placed on the correct line.
